Matt provided exceptional obedience training for my 3 1/2 year Rottweiler Khloe.
The structured environment and skilled training yielded significant behavioral improvements. I have so much confidence while walking her. Matt treated her like she was his dog. He taught her how to get along with other dogs and people. I can have her off leash while we sit in the yard.
He still keeps in touch with us to see how her progress is going.

I could not recommend Matt and Cochran k9 training more! I have a 11 month old lab, Camper, who needed some training but I didn’t know who or where to take him to and I am blown away with Matt’s services. Camper came home and it’s like having a whole new dog! It’s incredible. I got videos and pictures while he was at training which I loved to see and learn from. Matt treated Camper as his own so I know he was in great hands. If anyone needs a dog trainer I would 100% come to Cochran K9 training!

We did a board and train with our 2 year old English pointer named Josie. Matt was amazing and we can’t recommend him enough. Our main goals were off leash recall and on leash walking and he successfully trained her (and us) on both of things. He fine tuned other basic commands as well. Josie is very sweet but as a working breed, she is very high energy and has a high prey drive. He gave us ways to get her energy out while embracing her natural instincts. He turned natural instinct and high energy into productive behaviors to not only make us, but Josie much happier! Would recommend Matt to anyone with any dog training needs.

Matt is an unbelievable trainer. He cares so much about the dogs he is working with and their relationship with their owner. He is responsive, works on what you ask and provides realistic expectations and goals for you and your pup. He sends you home with the right information to enforce training regimes and build a better relationship with your dog. He is constantly striving to learn more about dog training and always is here to help with follow up questions. The price is more than fair considering the amount of time, effort and love he puts into his training. I HIGHLY recommend Matt to train your dog.
